Therapy alone is only one component of a fulfilling healing journey. Doing work outside of therapy will enhance your experience as you get to know yourself and the issues you are experiencing. Below are a handful of book and podcast resource recommendations I often refer my clients to when there is a need for additional support in between sessions.
